Al Raha Beach is a mature waterfront community on Abu Dhabi's mainland coast, positioned between the city centre, Yas Island, and Zayed International Airport. Its completed neighbourhoods combine canal-front apartments, family villas, promenades, schools, retail, and marina access. Unlike newer master-planned islands, Al Raha offers a larger stock of ready homes and an established rental market.
